• Report to Group CHRO for KPIs.
• Plan and manage the department’s budgeted HR Expenses.
• Design and lead the company personnel budgeted resources.

• Develop, maintain, execute and monitor the Talent Acquisition policy and procedures.
• Plan, organize and implement an Action Plan to progress a personal undertaking to deliver improvements in Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Retention.
• Develop the process of evaluation talent and assess client demands to make the match between the company’s staffing needs and the candidates skills and experience.
• Support company operations by providing top quality service and Talent Acquisition to support business operation’s needs.
• Plan, develop & provide Talent Saudization Programs and staff development programs, analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
• Oversees the International & local Recruitments (Saudization & talent programs: future managers) and assisted Department managers providing weekly manpower statistic reports to CHRO.
• Develop the process of recruiting, interviewing, coaching and evolving candidates to meet and exceed the needs of the company.
• Provide an advice for preparing necessary analysis for Extra headcounts requests after obtaining the required justifications from the concerned Departments & propose to CHRO with necessary recommendations.
• Manage team performance, progress and resolve issues by providing specific guidance and direction.
• Lead, initiate & implement projects and initiatives as per the shared recruitment strategy and plans.
• Initiate and design Talent Acquisition processes to engage and maximize from the talent within the company.
• Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
• Guide management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
• Accomplish special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communicating and coordinating requirements; expediting fulfillment; evaluating milestone accomplishments; evaluating optional courses of action; changing assumptions and direction.
• Lead manpower suppliers function to fulfill current vacancies with required qualified employees in order to achieve organization objectives.
• Direct the development of staffing strategies in coordination with manpower suppliers’
companies.
• Provide advice and counsel to department managers regarding personnel practices, policy and Labor laws.
• Develop, streamline and enhance staffing systems, tracking reporting and analysis between our company and manpower suppliers’ companies.
• Manage in coordination with the benefit manager and payroll manager to initiate HRIS system to process HR requests efficiently.
• Develop, maintain, execute and monitor government relation and logistic policy and procedures.
• Direct to compile with government and legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
• Lead, manage, and control to update company’s legal documentation records such as CR, Civil License, Baladih License, Zakat Certificate, Saudization Certificate, Industrial Licenses & GOSI Certificates etc. to maintain company’s status in Green Category.
• Create government system for tracking, reporting and analyzing government requisites in order to organize, control and implement efficiently the government activities.
