1. To carry out sales activities, so as to maintain & develop sales quality in accordance with agreed business plans through daily check & auditing of sales quality regarding data integrity.
2. Act as first line of risk auditor & fraud detection as being the first party to audit data integration &documents accuracy.
3. Will be responsible for document authentication through auditing all the customer relevant data on the system as well as on the documents.
4. Develop idea and create new ways to develop work flow & achieve better work results by setting new solution that facilitate the work flow & maintain work quality & efficiency.
5. Provide direction for business based on understanding of company policy & procedures & document legal requirement through awareness of required criteria of accurate documents as per the company policy.
6. Respond to and follow up sales & other department enquiries by mail.
7. Provide training sessions to all customer interface department regarding data integration and document accuracy.
8. Escalate to fraud team any data quality violation.
9. Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
10. Handling documents requests and archiving coordination after auditing on sales activities.
11. Scanning management to maintain documents availability if needed.
12. Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills to keep posted with all the new work updates.
13. Source of all documentation availability statistics requested from direct management.
14. Align with other divisions inside and outside sales by developing data integrity & quality awareness all over the company through field visits.
15. Control FED EX to visits more than 300 Mobily resale points.
1. Contribute to the execution of sales initiatives and campaigns to generate the highest level of revenues in retail and direct distribution channels
2. Provide support to sales offices and provision of logistical support for different sales offices within the districts.
3. Exceed annual sales and profit targets by product line as specified in annual budget.
4. Prepare reports and internal documentation to facilitate and improve product offerings or key areas for business process improvements.
5. Furnish and enhance after selling service ensuring total customer satisfaction.
6. Provide sales input and support to area highlighting issues and opportunities arising
7. Address customer’s issues and concerns in order to provide total customer satisfaction and retention.
8. Perform other duties as required by the Branch Supervisor.
