1. Keeps the credit files up to date at all times by placing all papers in their proper sections and in chronological order.
2. Retrieves all incoming credit proposals through Corporate/Risk systems promptly and gives it to relevant staff. (Standard: Credit package along with Limit/Exposure sheet and the Decision Sheet should be on Analyst's desk within half an hour of its receipt)
3. Keeps in safe custody the credit packages which are in the process of approval. All packages must be orderly stacked and are easily traceable.
