analyzing of the existing level of competencies of individual’s vis-à-vis the gaps in skills.
· Responsible for preparing full & final settlements, issuing warning letter, termination letter and acceptance of
resignation
· Adept at performance appraisals and counseling, efficiently monitoring the performance of employees, developing
and arranging training sessions to keep their skill level up to date.
· Maintaining Data Bank and ensuring that all applicants are dealt in a manner which enhances the image of the
company
· Leading efforts across streamlining general administration by scrutinizing flaws and devising strategic measures for
betterment; playing pivotal role in monitoring entries of Bills, Office Expenses, EPF, PF & Wages, attendance,
performance management.
· Responsible for preparing MIS reports thereby providing complete information about the employees, manpower
strength, separations, absenteeism and training activities
· Expertise in recruiting efficient and productive staff and multi-skilled manpower for unit while streamlining the
recruitment system and to reduce attrition and absenteeism.
· Leading, training, monitoring and rating the performance of existing employees to ensure efficiency at work and to
achieve individual & group targets; creating, developing and executing training programs for new appointees.
· Coordinating Interviews at all Level positions, completing joining formalities and issuing Letter of Intent,
Appointment Letter, Transfer Letter and Confirmation Letter
· Responsibility of calculating increments/hikes based on individual performance, salary, Attendance and Leave
Administration.
· Developing, implementing and managing a range of incentive plans such as Management Incentive Plan, Sales
Incentive Plan etc
· Communication & roll out of annual compensation plan to all levels (including training managers to deliver
effectively)
· Assist in the management of executive and non-executive compensation planning, including annual salary budget
· Responsible for organizational structuring initiatives and work on re-engineering organization structure
