Key account manager for Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and others
Reports directly to the Material Manager serving as a primary contact with raw material vendors and internal stakeholders on an operational and commercial level. Duties include the following and others:
• Raise, track and receipt purchase orders for imported /exported products, ensure purchase orders and maintained with the most up to date information in SAP, and resolve Accounts Payable issues.
• Planning and scheduling the production activity, to meet the customer request date for the orders.
• Review the BOMs and drawing before issue the production ticket and solve the problems with the application team.
• Manage and monitor the processing of procurement inquiries and orders.
• Track the progress of orders using the progress report generated by SAP, communicating that with Material Manager, Plant Manager, and Sale Team.
• Analyze demand and forecast accuracy.
• Reporting and analyzing extracted data from SAP.
• Monitoring inventory levels.
• Assist the Material Manager to develop new potential supplier for existing or new commodities with competitive price.
• Updating the prices for all components in SAP (PIR), to have strong database and helping the Sales team.
• Knowledge of import/export including customs procedures, customs visit, and preparation of required documents such as certificate of origin and other clearance document.
➢ MMG Instruments Calibration Laboratory Technical Manager
o Raise, track purchase orders for Instruments ensure purchase orders and maintained with the most up to date information in SAP.
o Manage and monitor the processing of calibration, procurement inquiries and orders.
o Analyse demand and forecast accuracy in order to perform proper plan.
o Managing the logistical coordination of all Instruments.
o Reporting and analysing extracted data from SAP as required.
o Handling, preparing and finding all the requirements for SASO accreditation for Labs.
o Manage all calibrations procedure and activity with quality procedure ISO/IEC 17025.

➢ Design and site survey
➢ Working in project BI-10-00112 (EASTERN PROVINCE MOBILE RADIO REPLACEMENT) for Saudi Aramco
➢ Familiar with DC systems in communication sites.
➢ Familiar with types of: Batteries, Rectifiers, Inverters, Generators, DC Power Panel, AC Power Panel and DC/DC Converter.
➢ Visiting many GOSP, Plant, offshore and remote area.
