During the internship period at Al Nassif Municipality, I performed several important tasks as an IT specialist, including analyzing the municipality's technical needs and providing appropriate solutions to improve the IT infrastructure. I have also implemented and maintained government information systems, developed and updated databases, and trained employees to use new technologies.
In addition, she has been involved in projects to improve the municipality's cybersecurity, including the implementation of security policies and the implementation of data and systems protection measures. I also provided technical support to employees and solved technical problems effectively to ensure continuity of workflow.
My experience in Computer and Network Engineering is full of opportunities and challenges. I can use the technical knowledge I have gained to develop software and network design, whether in industry, cloud services, or even information security. I may face challenges in understanding and keeping up with the rapid developments in technology, but passion and continuing to learn will help me succeed in this exciting field.
