Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Managing all recruitment needs for Eastern Province (screening, shortlisting, interviewing, creating offers...)
• Handling Employee Relations
• Handling disciplinary actions
• Handling Training & development activities.
• Partnering with the General Manager and Directors to accomplish departmental needs and future planning.
• Handling Employee Performance Systems and Annual Increment cycle
• Managing recruitment fairs in the Eastern Province.
• Leading HR initiatives and acting as an agent of change.
• Managing issues related to compensation and benefits.
• Creating weekly reports for the executives.
• Single point of contact to all employees for HR related activities within the Eastern Region.
• Advisor to the line management on HR policies and activities.
