Currently on an open-end assignment with the group’s central HR department (organizational development division). Appointed as a team head that’s responsible for the design, planning and execution of the new development and reward scheme aimed at guiding learning process and driving promotions. The scheme is planned to be enrolled across +10 companies in the group.
Responsible for the design and execution of four main projects: Graduate Engineers Training Program (GET), Managerial Development Program (MDP), Manpower planning and refining and an in-house Saudi technician training center. Recently have been involved in activities related to mapping the company’s processes. That’s in addition to continuous development of all of the other ‘classic’ HR functions and processes.
Working for Almarai, i'm responsible for the training process for all Almarai personnel in Eastern KSA (+1500 employees). That includes training personally, following up supervisors' trainings, auditing and submitting monthly and quarterly reports regarding our training process to central management. Moreover, An RTO is also responsible for introducing new softwares, procedures, market-survey techniques and regional office's updates and alerts. We're also taking care of pre-employment trial and testing, post-employment training and contracting with 3rd-party trainers and institutes whenever required. Since joined in September 2013, Almarai has privileged me with at least 20 functional/managerial training courses so far.
A sales section manager at IATCO is mainly responsible for selling out targets, liquidating clients' stocks and making sure of right visual exposure. It was of my duty to perform those tasks with several clients in Jeddah including BinDawood and Danube super and hypermarkets. Worked among multiple number of teams as a part of my program in the company. This included market campaigning and logistics.
