 Working with the engineering team to validate the project FEED documents
 Supervision on the project document control, submittal, quality control & safety.
 Controlling the issuing of Material Requisitions and purchase orders, choosing the appropriate subcontractors, and vendors.
 Issuing & reviewing change orders to resolve design issues for approval.
 Managing the process of issuing the detailed design drawings from all project disciplines.
 Helping the design team to solve the technical quarries “TQ’s” during the design & construction stages.
o By giving recommendations and solutions from previous work experience & from the client.
 Monitoring the construction work activities during the construction phase to make sure that all the working in compliance with the design drawings and with Saudi Aramco Standards & specification.
 Reviewing & keeping track of all the As-built drawings & project documents.
 Attend and actively participate in project coordination and owner/contractor/architect/engineer meetings as requested or required.

FIELD SUPPORT ENGINEER at jacobs-zate

 Report to the Field Eng’g Services Manager and advise on the Civil, Stru & Arch Engineering design issues
 Reviewing and checking the Structural Shop Drawings issued by Saudi Aramco Vendors
 Surveying Construction activities to ensure quality is maintained
 Keeping a track on Vendors’ documentations and Vendors’ Civil & Piping work
 Provide Civil/Structural, and Piping Engineering Support to the Project Team, including
o Construction
o Pre-commissioning Department
o QA/QC Department
o Material & Logistics Department
 Reviewing and adjusting As-Built Drawings and their procedure with the Contractor
o Several Meetings had been done between Jacobs and the Contractor and the Client to conduct an easy handover process flow of As-Built drawings by the end of the project.
o Detailed handover process flow chart established and attached to the AS-Built Process Package.
 Preparing Civil & Structural maintenance package for the Client’s future use.
 Responding to Contractors Site Technical Queries (STQ’s) in consultation with the CSA Field Support Engineers & Monitoring progress via:
o Following up with the Field Support Engineers about answering the STQ’s within the required time.
o Reviewing the final STQ’s response before closing.
o Issuing STQ’s progress reports including
 Daily STQ Movement Per Discipline Report
 Weekly STQ’s Progress Report & Chart
 Weekly Aging Chart
 Breakdown of the STQ owners
 Reviewing, coordinating, and responding to the Contractor’s
o MA’s - Material Approvals
o RVA’s - Request for Vendor Approvals
o RFC & RFV - Request For Clarification & For Variation

 Working as part of the pre-commissioning team coordinating the following:
o Updating the Punch Items list in Jacobs Orbit software
o Reviewing and evaluating the received punch items lists from pre-commissioning technical team
 Maintain design safety through understanding and implementation of legislation and standards

Heavy Equipments & Module Coordinator at fluor

- Transporting and installing more than 30 pipe racks from the assembly yard Area to the Site
- Inspecting the quality of the Pipe Racks before and after the installation
