• Project Manager for 3rd Expansion of Haram & surrounding areas-Fire alarm System.
• Spearheading the installation, commissioning, integration and maintenance of the following systems for key clients:
- Fire Alarm System (Simplex)
- Public Address System and Professional Sound Systems (TOA)
- Nurse Call System (Tyco)
- Security System (FBII and BOASCH Security System)
- CCTV Systems (Samsung, Baxall, Vicon, Pelco)
- Control System (Crestron, Extron)
- Access Control System (PCSC, Maxxess, Samsung)
• Conceptualizing turnkey communication solutions as per organizational requirements, analyzing associated electronic complexities/specifications and managing the execution of project installation activities within the scheduled deadline.
• Investigating and researching system issues and errors to determine causes, recommending and implementing corrections for efficient troubleshooting.
• Proffering installation and maintenance support for numerous systems including power, cooling, grounding systems, battery back system and firefighting systems.
• Overseeing and supervising major issues pertaining to design, configuration and maintenance of systems as per standard protocols.
• Drafting daily, weekly and monthly reports, quotations in order to keep the upper management abreast of project installation activities of the department.
• Managed installation and maintenance support for various systems including Fire Alarm System, Nurse Call System, CCTV Systems and Clock systems.
• Ensured compliance with project requirements and led commercial negotiations with contractors and sub-contractors pertaining to installation and cost plans.
• Coordinated system development tasks including design, integration, formal testing and was also responsible for the lapse of an organization’s information systems.
• Assumed responsibility for installation, calibration and troubleshooting of systems error. Identified technical anomalies and executed requisite measures for resolving them.
• Researched and kept abreast of emerging technologies in order to be able to deliver the most up-to-date solutions and automate the same.
• Managed site of Shedgum power plant project -Eastern Province for Aramco company.
• Installed fire alarm system for electrical transformers, buildings, gas release systems and fire-fighting equipment including fire hydrant, sprinkler system, deluge system and fire hose cabinet.
• Engineered maintenance of structures and perpetuated maintenance/commissioning of fire systems and security systems, etc.
• Executed work as per drawings provided by the consultant, action plans in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Ordered inventory quantities and materials necessary for the project.
• Presented monthly reports of project progress, to the senior management to eliminate bottlenecks in maintenance. Notified possible avenues of improving the process/safety procedures.
• Supervised and managed material and human resources on sites. Monitored the maintenance work of the public school of girls in Jeddah.
• Coordinated with school principals and supervisors for work pertaining to public administration as well as ensured clear channel of communication between various participating contractors and sub-contractors to negotiate contracts.
• Oversaw selection/requisition of materials, samples for approval from the Directorate General. Resolved any unexpected technical difficulties, identified bottlenecks and effected systems re-engineering.
• Produced detailed inventory reports enumerating causes of delay and variance in budgetary projections. Organized regular meetings with clients, engineers and consultants to apprise them on project progress.
