Main tasks include:
1. Arranging finance/funding for the various construction projects undertaken by the company
2. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and banks by issuing financial statements on time (in house quarterly/ audited yearly)
3. Evaluation and assessment of new capital expenditure that the company may engaged in.
Tasks include: (1) Managing and maintaining the bank’s relationships with a number of corporate clients, (2) Reviewing the information presented by the clients and from other sources to evaluate all aspects of risks involved in a relationship such as financial, marketing, and managerial risks, (3) Conduct the annual reviews and other urgent proposals and give recommendations to credit committees, (4) Classify the clients based on the risks involved in the relationships using the bank’s standard measures and work to improve the quality of bank’s portfolio, (5) Monitor the portfolio on daily basis to ensure client’s commitments and make the required actions to avoid default, (6) Ensure the completion and validity of all required securities. (7) Site visits and calls and reporting outcomes on regular basis, (8) Coordinate with other departments such as branches, trade finance, treasury, and investments to insure best service given to corporate clients, (9) Targeting new prospects and marketing the bank’s services.
