Responsibilities:
- Maintained the Reverse Osmosis system running with no breakdowns and reliable efficient service while operating.
- Prepared process documentation and operating instructions
- Supervised of Maintenance activates and make sure all rules and regulations are followed.
- Improved work routines and practice to ensure product quality.
Internship:
- Contributed with mechanical department for hands on experiences on rotating and stationary equipment.
- Knowledge of seawater desalination process.
- Knowledge of pure CO2 production process.
- Helped in stationary and rotating equipment overhauling
The program covers all stages and aspects of RO Plant, - Starts with the Pre-Treatment, RO Unit, Post-Treatment, and Electric & Instrumentation devices. - Secondly, On Job Training to take a deep look into the structure of the plant and operating a plant by a Simulator that simulate the use of Distributed Control System DCS. - Finally, designing a station that produce 100,000 cubic meter per day of water with a help of Pressure Exchanger (PX) saving 60% of power consumption.
