- Lead the development of assessment tools related to teachers, children's learning and wellbeing and school environment, analyze results and support the development of action plans.
- Lead the development of technical materials and resources to support in particular teachers that integrate the utilization of new technology approaches in teaching.
- Develop and/or facilitate the development of training materials and resources for wider school community, including school leadership, teachers, including the use of action research and school led initiatives.

- Support continuous professional development of teachers through establishing community of practices and teacher's circles and utilizing new technology ( social media, online courses, blended learning approaches).
- Provide technical assistance, coaching and mentorship to relevant projects’ partners, stakeholders and projercts staff.
- Conduct orientation sessions with the school community and parents to help them understand the different components of the projects s .
- Coordinate with projects team to ensure the implementation of the interventions meets the agreed planned milestones in a timely manner. Prepare progress and technical reports and briefs.
• Plan and develop (in coordination with project staff) training activities, including organizing and printing training material, and any other related activities to the training workshops.
• Conduct training workshops, and ensure proper documentation of the training sessions.
• Supervise, support and assess the performance of facilitators and monitors of Makani centers and ITSs.
• Develop the necessary assessment tools in order to assess the performance of facilitators and monitors at Makani centers and ITSs.
