• Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, Cashflow and budgeting etc
• Supervising the daily finance and accounts operation.
• Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
• Generate monthly, Quarterly and yearly F/s for reviewing and prepare the necessary audits and maintenance.
• Prepare and perform end of year F/S closing.
• Perform month-end account closing activities and reconciliations.
• Review payroll to ensure the accuracy and timely.
•Keep and Perform internal financial control over operations to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Coordinate with the External auditors to finalize the audit process and providing necessary information, reports, analysis and preparing requested documentations.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries for accruals and variances.
• Consolidation, inter-company transactions and reconciliations .
• Fixed Assets Mgt. by tracking and maintaining physical record and monitoring to reach the perfect use and efficiency, prepare timely depreciations.
• Generate project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
• Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management.
• Preparing, Review and submitting VAT Reports.
• Review, approve payment, journals & bank reconciliations.
• Handling cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
• Issue project cost reports for review and approval.
• Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
• Support CFO in ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management
agreements and transfer pricing policy.
• Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns
• Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives
-Manage and oversee the daily operations of the department.

-Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
-Capital assets reconciliations.
-Insure account statement reconciliations.
-Fixed asset activity
-Coordinate and complete annual audits.
-Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
-Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries, Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role e.g. AR, AP, forecasting, budgeting etc.
-Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
-Provide recommendations for the top mgt. to help in decision making based on financial metrics and analysis.
-Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

-Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.

-Create and analyze liability, asset, and capital accounts by compiling electronic data and required documentation.
-Summarizes financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
-Guide junior accountants and other staff by answering questions and coordinating informational classes
-Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
-Follow up on, collect and allocate payments.
-Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
-Perform account reconciliations.
-Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
-Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
-Generate and review age analysis to ensure compliance.
-Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
-Develop a recovery system and initiate collection efforts.
-Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally
-Collect data and prepare monthly metrics.

-Prepare monthly & quarterly analysis.
-Perform bank reconciliations - reconciliation of the bank statement against the GL and reconciliation of any assigned clearing accounts.
-Create project accounts in the accounting system.
-Maintain project-related records, including contracts and change orders.
-Authorize the transfer of expenses into and out of project-related accounts.
-Review and approve supplier invoices related to a project.
-Apply with project daily expenses.
-Control project daily expenses to minimize the costs.
-Direct contact with client, subcontractors & suppliers.
-Review and approve time sheets for work related to a project.
-Review and approve overhead charges to be applied to a project.
-Review account totals related to project assets and expenses.
-Investigate project variances and submit variance reports to management.
-Confer with receivables staff regarding unpaid contract billings.
-Report on project profitability to management.
-Report to management on any opportunities for additional billings.
-Report to management regarding the remaining funding available for projects.
-Investigate all project expenses not billed to customers
-Respond to requests for more detail from customers.
-Approve the write off of any project-related billings that cannot be billed to or collected from customers.
-Close out project accounts upon project completion.
-Negotiating with suppliers (manpower, equipment, material & services ...) for maintaining the best rates with high quality.
-Manage, lead the procurement team and following from the request till ensure the delivery on site.
-Managing all facilities issues related to project.
-Responsible for employees catering and housing (Camp) and its facilities.
-Arrange employee’s vacations and its related process (visa, tickets ...)
