I work in ZME as E&I Technician for flare system, Burners, fuel skid and control panels Racks with these responsibilities:-
-Work as contractor for (ARAMCO, SABIC, Saudi National Grid, SDARA, Qatar Energy).
- Fabricate, Assembly and testing the ignition instruments for the pilots of flare systems. - Fabricate and testing the ionization rod instruments for the flare.
- Assembly and wiring the Local control panels for the flare system.
- Assembly and wiring the Junction Box of the Flare system.
- Installation and wiring of the fuel skid Instrumentation.
- Follow the Company Testing procedures and attend the Factory Acceptance Test FAT.
- Follow the UL standards and Aramco standards.
- Testing & Commissioning for HV, MV, LV, in GIS rooms, MV Switchgear, protection relays & Auxiliary relays.
- Testing & Commissioning for Power transformer, Voltage transformer (VT)& Current transformer (CT).
- Preventive Maintenance for Electrical Equipment such as Transformers, Circuit Breaker & Protection Panel.
- Scheme Check & Function test For the electrical system in the sub-station.
- Maintenance & testing for batteries in the Battery room.
- Advance in Electrical Testing devices such as (Cpc100, CT analyzer, Sverker & Freja, Megger)
