• Administer telecom Project's contracts (Pre-award Process), prepare RFI, RFP & RFQ
• Review the Scope of Work (SOW), timeline, WBS, and cost estimation of projects.

Working in Abaqia CommunityMaintenance Division at SA/CR Community Service Department . The main duties:
Develop cost estimates for cost analysis, labor, equipment and materials for notification and work orders
provide technical support and direction to maintenance job, ensuring proper coordination with the contractors
provide professional level expertise to the solution of complex problems as may raise
process and follow up direct charge purchase and labor purchase
performs as material expeditor by SAP system on availability of materials on all yard of saudi aramco material stock number and material description
visit site work and conduct field work to inspect extent of work to be done prior to the development of estimates

Review requisitions and purchase orders for compliance with contract requirements
Preparation of purchase order(s) inspection assignment packages
