• Managing projects from initiation stage to closing stage for bank software/services development and security projects.
• Ensure that the IT requirements expected by end users of IT services are accurately and fully captured through end user representatives and it is documented in the project scope.
• Ensure that sufficient budget is allocated to the IT aspects of the program working with necessary stakeholders, resources are brought on board or suppliers are engaged in a timely manner in order to drive the completion of IT aspects of the project on time, within budget and with expected quality.
• Ensure compliance to IT & organization and project delivery related procedures and processes of IT Governance, Architecture, infrastructure and security.
• Work with stakeholders to establish way forward and consensus when there are conflicts on Project Delivery requirements, schedule, priorities, procedures or any other aspect. Escalate as appropriate, seek guidance and resolve the issue.
• Manage formal communication, record keeping, meetings, minutes, action item tracking and presentations with the relevant stakeholders and related contractors on IT aspects, complying with appropriate procedures and documentation.
• Provide relevant reports to the Project Management Office.

• Defines site objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality.
• Designs and develops user interfaces to standalone/intranet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle; determining design methodologies and tool sets; completing programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting tests.
• Recommends system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternatives.
• Integrates applications by designing database architecture and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers.
• Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
• Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools.
• Updates job knowledge by researching new internet/intranet/development tools technologies and software products; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Supervise work placement trainees.
• Schedule/Provide training to staff for new systems.
