• Provided high-end technical support and troubleshooting of any issues for MarkV/VIe and DCS system to the Operation and Maintenance Department.
• Held accountable for conducting SAT, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities; preparing the switch-over activities and package manual; and interfaced for all the switchover activities at site with other departments.
• Handled a spectrum of activities in the switch over:
Upgrading of the existing control system in QSWP including: DCS replacement from Provox to Delta V (Emerson); ESD replacement from TMR to Trusted (ICS); and VMS upgrade from Bently Nevada 3300 to 3500.
Network expansion for DCS, ESD and VMS.

• Two grades of gasoline and additional Capacity, TMS support Engineer.
• Replace Hypochlorite Generation Units, Qurrayah Seawater Treatment Plant.
• Absorption chiller installation design, SHARQ (Detail Design).
