• Troubleshooting and Installation Software (software installation Security, office 2016, 365, statistics)
• Generating Reports (Server Level, User Level for Call Center Systems)
• CRM Development Call Center system (Altitude).
• Dealing with Avaya system telephony (Create extension, Permissions and many tasks).
• Dealing with Routers and switches (Span Port, Tracing, Patch Panel, RJ45 Cable).
• Managing Firewall (Cyberoam) Create VPN, SSL, Rules, SPAM, White and blacklist, Generate Reports related to it.
• Dealing with Recording System (Speech log, Altitude) as administrator.
Collect all the required and supporting documents to complete the business process.
• Implementing the business processes with the concerned departments.
• Propose the changes in Business Process.
• Testing the new release and new updates.
• Installing new updates in all branches.
• Managing user issues and updating the issues.
• Support application user in solving technical and procedural problems.

* القيام ب تجهيز العيادات والمكاتب من الناحية التقنية ( شبكات ، تركيب الأجهزة ، صيانتها )
* صيانة الطابعات
* جدولة المواعيد لتدريب الموظفين الجدد على أنظمة المستفشى و العيادات الخارجيه . والعديد من المهام .
