- Working closely with Sales managers to support customers by reviewing RFQs and creat quotations for as well as doing a full technical support for customer requirements.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for a wide range of Rotork actuators to customers.
- Contacting our factories to ensure pricing accuracy is met.
- Verify and process customers POs to make sure they alligned with our commercial proposal.
- Attend technical meetings.

Analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other constructions documents to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimate for bidding/live construction projects.

Attending site visits to verify bid documents.

Communicating with vendors & suppliers to get quotation for instrument materials such as
(Different types of Detectors, pressure transmitters, pressure gauges, pressure control
valves, etc.)

Review instrument data sheets and specifications to ensure client’s requirements are met as
per the RFQ.

Identify and provide reliable solutions for all technical issues to ensure client’s satisfaction. o Providing technical support to engineering team prior commissioning.

Identify and review critical activities &sub activities and its impact on project schedule.


Prepare schedules for direct and indirect manpower throughout construction activities.


Coordinate and communicate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.


Prepare project estimates from provided BOQ/MTO by calculating required man-hours materials cost for
each task of the project.
