Manage HR-Support services covering the following areas:
1- HR operations.
2- Administration Affairs.
3- Government Relations communication.
4- Managing a good housing facilities in the co. by approve/recommend
For purchasing/providing furniture/fixture for co. accommodation.
5- Manage GOSI, and Employee Medical Insurance.
6- Inspecting Authorization and Introduction Letters.
7- Coordinate company visitor’s services such as hotel reservation and
Transportation.
8- Supply company offices with furniture & office supplies.
9- Manage land leases/purchases for branches.
10- Contract with security companies for branches.
Manage Support services covering the following areas:
1- Strategic planning of department (vision, missions and financial).
2- Monitoring, directing & supervision in execution of plans
and ensuring of timely completion.
3- Financial planning, monitoring, reviewing reports and
Directing in costs control and cost effectiveness.
4- Participating in implementing and transforming
organization’s policies, goals and plans in own department
and in company where applicable.
5- Ensuring of implementation and follow of process
Procedures.
6- Issuing and interpreting government policies, laws, rules
and regulations applicable to the organization and
answering received correspondence.
7- Conducting performance appraisals for subordinates and
recommending necessary actions.
8- Conducting cost/benefit analysis and evaluations of programs,
staffing and equipment utilization.
9- Ensuring that organizational instructions, circulars, and technical
decisions are followed and applied.
10- Managing a good housing facilities in the co. by approve/recommend
For purchasing/providing furniture/fixture for co. accommodation.
11- Ensure manpower requirements are timely fulfilled in the company
12- Supervision/direction for recognition of the fire & accidents risks
And take necessary actions to prevent it.
13- Establish a better communication system and ensure that all required
information’s are communicated at all levels of employees to make them
better informed.
14- Arrangement of a better transportation facility to employees.
15- Ensuring that employee affairs - vacation, vacation allowance, air
Tickets and other requests are running smoothly.
