I started as a PR Coordinator in the Kuwait Center for Mental Health and moved on to working in Ahqaqee center in the diabetes clinic reception.

• Responsible for procuring all media related to Manshoors publishing calendar (Social Media slides, videos & articles).
• Lead the creative process for Manshoors videos from pre-production to post-production.
• Lead the team as the acting Studio Manager when needed.
• Lead the design the team for new product branding.
• Lead weekly meetings to maintain manshoors visual identity and look for growth opportunities.

• Recruited and conducted the orientation for both Elevation Burger stores and the TABCo Head Office, increasing store employee head count
by 40% using local hires.
• Conducted the annual evaluation for all Elevation Burger store employees across Kuwait.
• Ensured a smooth transition from induction, training to operations role out.
• Maintained and updated the active list.
• Conducted disciplinary investigations for SOP violations in Elevation Burger stores.
• Implemented several employee activities in the name of strengthening the team bond and workplace culture.

• Lead tours in both the Habitat and Memorial museum for select groups.
• Participated as a facilitator for key events such as environmental awareness week.
• Created learning activities and programs for children.

• Took employee complaints and grievances across the MENA region as part of the HR Support team.
• Followed up with any pending employee issues with the concerned department until a resolution is reached.
• Conducted marketing calls to AlShaya stores promoting the HR Support service.
• Conducted exit interviews for AlShaya store employees serving their notice period.
• Translated several disciplinary investigations when an Arabic speaker was needed.
