• Work closely with Head of Departments to deliver recruitment needs.
• Responsible for the welfare and movement of all employees and their dependents.
• Responsible for the recruitment campaigns, and the development of recruitment procedures
• Execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews to support all parties in concern with assessment.
• Develops and oversees the operation of appropriate selection processes for different levels and types of positions, including the use of structured and competency-based interviewing and other forms of assessment to optimally ascertain candidates’ capabilities and their “fit” the department’s job requirements.
• Works closely with the departments to understand their manpower and recruitment needs and to develop, gain agreement to, and implement recruitment plans to meet these in the most effective way.
• Discuss with various Department Heads on a regular basis for the open requisitions to ensure the targets are met in specified deadline.
• Leverage knowledge of recruiting best practices to develop recruiting processes, policies procedures and branding needed to execute the staffing strategy and meet current and future business needs.
• Mange the full cycle recruiting process and provide reports to Management on key staffing metrics such as days to hire, cost per hire and quality of service.
• Continuously scout and source talent to develop deep pools of diverse and qualified applicants. Efficiently use the full range of recruiting tools / methods - internet, resume databases, job ads, employee referrals, networking, outreach, professional associations, etc.
• Follow up with the candidates/ agencies to ensure that candidates start on the specified start date and advising for the right actions towards the candidate's visa and other required documents.
• To administer/Service Delivery all aspects of travel for staff and their dependants, and Sub Contractors.
• To ensure accurate records are kept of staff movements and leave analysis carried out when requested.
• To ensure that changes to the payroll are carried out in liaison with Payroll Department.
• To ensure that computerised staff database is accurate and kept up to date.
• Produce routine and ad hoc reports from staff database.
• Respond to requests from line managers and members of staff for help and guidance on policy/procedural matters.
• To perform routine administrative tasks concerned with staff Induction in accordance with Induction procedure.
• Maintain staff & recruitment status report and weekly status tracking report.
