- Coordinate the preparation of the submission documents for excellence categories across the MOH.
- Collect evidence, data and information that are relevant to the submission document for excellence program, prepare the trend analysis for the data collected, and write the submission documents in coordination with the business units.
- Provide the staff with related consulting whenever they prepare their individual submission documents for excellence program.
- Coordinate the implementation of the action plan to cover the excellence award related gaps across the MOH, and conduct meetings with business units to follow up on the implementation of actions plans.
- Develop and submit monthly reports on the excellence initiatives and bi-annual reports to the Director of Excellence Dept.
- Facilitate the delivering of training and information sessions on excellence matters.
- Conduct awareness sessions for different business units.
- Conduct self assessment using the RADAR Scoring Matrix
- Develop an operational plan for the department, in coordination with the QHSE Section, and also ensure that the department plan compatibility with the RTA strategic plan.
- Plan, conduct and analyze audit on the water transport operation company and conduct internally audit.
- Developing operational processes which are belong to Operation & Maintenance Department.
- Follow up of Actions Requests and Corrective and Preventive Actions.
- Monitor the implementation of the strategic, operational and tactical plan, in order to ensure the achievement of the goals adopted in accordance with the dates, and study the causes of delays and constraints (if any).
- Coordinate with the Strategic Department to develop and analysis the operation KPI for the department.
- Follow-up and analysis the operation KPI which is developed based on the contracts.
- Follow-up the requirements of the Dubai Government Excellence program.
- Develop the job descriptions for the department and the employee in the department.
- Develop, Follow-up and analysis the individual performance plans for all staff in the department in coordination with the Director and managers.
- Conducting training program for customer service agent and call center agent.
