Implementing strategy execution models based on Balanced Scorecard methodology. In this regard I am in charge of handling the supervision for executing around 57 Strategic Plans at KSU through Balanced Scorecard methodology. I have also presented more than 10 lectures in Balanced Scorecard Methodology to more than 120 attendees.

I am currently in charge of managing Faculty program. The program aims to provide University with distinctive faculty which who allows KSU to be one of the top 100 Universities by 2030. Such position involves me on communicating with all stakeholders and collaborate with rest of the project managers toward achieving the vision of KSU. Moreover, I am in charge in pushing all initiative owners toward accomplishing their role in the implementation of Faculty program.

I was in charge of holding all the administrative tasks at school alongside to teaching variety of modules for students in different levels. My professional experience there allows me to communicate with students and guardians from different nationalities. The work there was Part Time as I was doing my Masters
at that time in Oxford Brookes University.

I was in charge of holding administrative tasks related to communicating with the the Ministry in Riyadh regarding individuals needs in the Jazan region.

I was in charge of designing and conducting an educational programmes and presentations in order to broaden students awareness of choosing the appropriate areas of specialisation in their upcoming studies. As well as ensuring they behave properly in accordance with school's rules and legislations. what is more, I was in charge of teaching psychology and sociology for students in the secondary level.
