Responsible for managing and delivering IT Services to Business and Technology which includes Incident Management, Problem Management, End User Support Funcon.
• Part of the Migraon of Service Desk, End User Support, Incident Management and Problem Management & End User Support funcons for Samba (Saudi American Bank) and NCB (Naonal Commercial Bank) Bank to integrated bank Saudi Naonal Bank (SNB)
Responsible for end to end Service Delivery and SLA management for:
1- Technical Support and Rollout
2- Service Desk
3- Level-1 Applicaon and System Support Funcons.
•Providing high-level technical support to client end user community •Creating and maintaining client integration monitors •Resolving support requests through the ticketing system •Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary •Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention •Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps

I have a Master degree in advanced computer science and my research was about automatic number recognition of football player.
