Main business: Installation, maintenance, overhauling, rehabilitation and troubleshooting of GE’s (Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Wind Turbine, Gas Compressor).
Main KSA customers include but not limited to: Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Marafiq, Saudi Electricity, SWCC, SASREF, Saudi Cement, KJO, Petro Rabigh, TASNEE, SAMREF…etc.
Machine frames worked on: 7EA, 7FA, 6B & ST.
▪️Calibration of all type of field instruments (Temperature transmitter, Pressure transmitter, Flow transmitter, Level transmitter, Pneumatic & Motorized valve actuators etc.)
▪️Trouble shooting of all type of field instruments (Temperature transmitter, Pressure transmitter, Flow transmitter, Level transmitter, Pneumatic & Control valve actuators etc.)
▪️Troubleshooting the PLC Module: Digital input/output & Analog input/output.
▪️Read & understand the Instrumentation & Electrical diagram like P&ID, PFD & electrical wiring.
PM & CM for the machines & equipments in the depot of metro.
▪️Lifting machines
▪️Handling machines
▪️Chiller
▪️Transmitters, Sensors & Valves
▪️Automatic lathing machine
▪️Automatic washing Plant
▪️Hydraulic & Pneumatic Equipments
