In my role as the Stakeholders Communication Manager at Dar Al-Riyadh, I played a pivotal role in overseeing the intricate web of interactions between the project team and both internal and external stakeholders for the prestigious King Faisal Air Academy project in Al-Majma’a. Furthermore, I assumed a strategic advisory role, supporting the Project Director in evaluating various project facets. This included meticulously assessing contractors' and vendors' engagement, monitoring project progress, overseeing technical matters, and ensuring timely follow-up on material procurement. By providing comprehensive insights and recommendations, I enabled informed decision-making and facilitated the swift resolution of any challenges or impediments encountered during project execution.
In my capacity as Project Manager, I assumed overarching responsibility for the seamless execution of assigned projects. This encompassed a multifaceted array of duties, ranging from comprehensive team and vendor management to meticulous progress tracking and reporting. I adeptly allocated tasks, oversaw procurement activities, and orchestrated project scheduling to ensure optimal resource utilization and adherence to project timelines.
