• Supervising staff and making sure that they are working according to standard
• Training new staff on how to do the process and strategies to make the work fast and well.
• Filing time sheet/Making schedule/Sorting documents related to the staff
• Monitoring dispatching of the orders (should be on time; correct orders are dispatched; replaced items are informed by the pickers to customer)
• Thinking new strategy to avoid the lapses encountered
• Communicating with dispatching team to avoid delays of order
• Resolving customer complaints
• Making and sending Daily Reports
• Communicating and assisting Manager regarding all the task and work to be done before and or on deadline given.
• Responsible for daily operations of thr branch/es given.
• Responsible for daily operations or shifts of the restaurant
• Managing the shifts by actively involving myself into operation by assisting/helping the waiters/waitresses when needed
•Communicating betweek FOH and BOH to make sure that the flow of every shift will run smoothly
• Handling guests complain and recovering them resulting for them to continue the business and still patronizing the restaurant
• Monitoring Front of the House stocks and escalating to Supervisor/Manager to avoid lapses that can affect the daily operations
• Supervising and Managing inventories during/every end of the month
• Order taking; making menu recommendation; answering some questions from guests about what’s in menu
• Upselling, cross selling and suggestive selling to guest
• Setting up and Clearing tables
• Serving the foods and beverages
• Checking guest satisfaction and taking minor action if they have any complain or concerns with their foods or drinks
• Punching the order in POS
• Taking payment of the guests.
• Giving a high quality of service that will be their reason to come back
