Leading and motivating a team of 5 RO’s to achieve sales targets by Direct/SME, Business loan selling of multiple company’s financial Products specialized in Personal loan and Auto loan.
Offering different lending products such as PIL, Business Loan, Auto Loan, Credit Card to most Corporate/Salaried/SME segments.
Attending Team Meeting (Hurdle) on the daily basis in regards to Feedback of the call Quality Customer Feedback and Individual Performance. As a Senior RO, handling Team of five members, Checking and tracking their number of submissions and status of Applications, train new joiners about documentations, filling of application forms.
Keep update details regarding the client’s activities / income / personal details where captured there by ensuring a healthy relationship and offer them new Product as per their eligibility.
Mostly concentrated on the Corporate/SME customers.
Guided as a mentor for colleagues who had joined new in the system.
