• Solely responsible for NPD projects, LTO promotional campaigns
and complete procurement for printing and packaging materials for
BK and PH.
• Successfully launched more than 12 LTO campaigns on appropriate
launch dates consisting long lead time and short shelf life products.
• Annual impact savings of more than 12, 000 KD for PH packaging
items from price negotiations.
• Running Project of Potential annual impact savings of more than
30, 000 KD for changing YUM approved supplier from local to
India.
• Creating efficient back up vendors for alternatives in case of any
urgent requirements.
• Maintained core packaging inventory for 96 SKUs across all 76 BK
stores and 67 PH stores in KWT for more than 12 months ensuring
30 DOS for local and overseas stock.
• Handle complete supply chain, including commercial
documentation, insurance for overseas shipments, clearing invoice
payments, baladiya clearance, store distribution and process
supplier payments.
• Solely responsible for the complete end-to-end supply chain activities for the core and promotional food and non-food items in whole of MENA region for 10 operating markets (GCC, Levant and North Africa)
• Managing and dealing with 6 major international supplier companies based in China, Thailand, USA, UK, Malaysia and Belgium.
• Accountability of procuring more than $0.6M monthly and Slashing shipping costs by 45% by changing route from SEA to AIR for 6-month shelf life products.
• Managing the core ingredients with 6 months shelf life by planning the forecast volumes accurately for the next 52 weeks ensuring there is no write offs, no over stock and no out of stock situations.
• Handling all the regulatory process making sure the product is legal and compliant in each MENA markets before launch and lead the commercialization of new SKU’s from concept to inception.
• Consistent record of 100% availability of all the core products across all the MENA markets.
• Ensuring products appear in the right store at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities. This involves working closely with the buying teams to accurately forecast trends, plan stock levels and monitor performance.
• Track invoices and shipments pick up dates, LDC delivery dates and proactively inform line management of deviations and assist in pricing strategy, ensuring logic, commerciality within brand targets for margin.
• Communicate store and warehouse information regarding new arrivals, display material, & stock release & returns and develop relationships with internal/external contacts.
• Promoting and maintaining customer relations and building a network with prospective and existing clients.
• Giving presentations to new clients and representing the enterprise at conferences, meetings, exhibitions and other special events; promoting new and existing programs.
• Responsible for assigned sales targets (40, 000 USD) and Goals set for centers month on month and maintaining relationship with target customers.
• Updating all records and documents online (Hard copy as well as Soft copy), Maintaining stocks, Data Entry, Networking with different stake Holders and organization and follow up for payment and develop new sample for client.
