*Responsible for complete accounting of the operations including proper management of all financial records - physical as well as virtual.
*Responsible for all management reporting of the operations; timely closure of accounts and annual audits.
*prepare and write journal entries fro reclassification of expenses as needed
*prepare monthly billing for Subsidiaries and collect the payments timely manner
*act as backup to finance and accounts department positions; assist department by filing, preparing invoices and purchases orders, receipt of payment.

Microsoft Office including: MS WORD MS EXCEL MS DOS MS POWER POINT MS ACCESS MS OUTLOOK MS WINDOWS
Certificate Of Proficiency in Accounting Packages including: -Quick books -Pastel
completion & verification in the KATC (Kenya Accounts Technician Certificate) as per cv. including:-office administration -business studies -elements of law -foundation accounts -business statistics
