• Negotiated favorable contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, resulting in over $500, 000 in savings for the company.
• Managed the successful delivery of the Al-Imam Al-Hassan Compound project, a ten building residential compound with a total built-up area of approximately 60, 000 sq.m.
Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, drawings, and quality targets.
• Monitor and supervise geotechnical and shoring activities, as well as all construction works from conception to completion.
• Lead procurement activities, including sourcing subcontractors and negotiating contracts.
