As a Country Manager, Brand Manager, I was assigned to establish and operate the first branch of the Al-Shaali
Group in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the exclusive agent of CFMOTO in GCC and the owner of
the Al-Shaali EV brand in electric golf carts, and the employment of the work team for showrooms
and maintenance centers, developing the necessary plans and strategies for the logistics
department, operations, Sales and warranty. with registering the Vehicles, Spare parts and
accessories through SASO, Saber, and GSO, which was accomplished in a very short period with
successful sales records were achieved.
During the period from September 1st, 2019 - till July, 2021, I completely devoted myself to innovate &
establish a trading company “TopGate Trading Company” to carry out the activity of international E-
Commerce for importing, wholesale and retail sales of many products in the field of auto parts and
accessories, precisely and not limited from China and the United States of America. Currently, the
company is managed by an efficient staff who have been well trained and capable to carry on the
march of activity without any pitfalls.
General consultant & person-in-charge for all correspondence with local & international companies,
local & international banks, conducting training and qualifying managers & employees, supervising
the performance of all departments, ensuring the quality of work performance efficiently.
Responsible for the management, planning & supervising all administrative & financial departments
functionality; Operations, HR, Sales, Purchases, Marketing, Local & international shipments
transportation, Warehouses Control, Government Relations, Maintenance/Services and their
performances development in the Head Office, Branches & its’ Subsidiaries of the company in KSA,
USA & Canada. Proud to say, that it became the only independent company in KSA that manages
all its’ operations from bidding/purchasing, importing and all end-to-end process... without
intermediators’, collaborators or brokers and the only company with direct linkage “integrated” with
major American companies for vehicles history reports (VHR). Till it succeeded to compete with
American websites with automated services.
Responsible for the management, planning and implementing of the company's departments such
as the administrative department, operations, region sales, foreign purchases, marketing, shipping
between USA & Saudi Arabia, and it became the most famous company in Saudi Arabia in importing
vehicles on demand for individuals and the only company in the Kingdom that obtained an exclusive
agency from Manheim International Auctions Company, in addition to dealing with the most famous
US companies specialized in used and new vehicles marketing and major inspection companies.
Responsible for all company operations between USA and Saudi Arabia in importing vehicles and
responsible for all correspondence, contracts and international relations for the company and
responsible for the company's shipping department and where in a very short period of time the
department was controlled and developed to the highest level.
Managing entire vehicles importing process, starting from buying online through auctions and
specialized websites, Inspecting and maintaining vehicles remotely, managing and tracking ocean
freight and local transportation, following up on shipping documents, financial matters and sales
management.
