Creating PO for materials, services and spare parts.
Obtain quotes from at least 3 different suppliers, evaluate the quotes based on Prices, Quality and lead times and process the POs accordingly to the best benefit for the factory.
Prepare a weekly and monthly report for the executive manager regarding the purchasing material and the stock level.
Follow up on material delivery and documentation requirements in order to ensure the Invoices received from suppliers match the delivery notes.
Process Invoices for payments to accounts and sure that invoices get paid within agreed payment terms.
Working with the accounting cost to determine the cost of production.
