I am the founder and curator of the first edition of TEDxHECAlger.
My main taskes as a curator and a project manager were :
- Teambuilding;
- Event designing;
- Public relations;
- Financial management;
- Post-event management.
I worked as a warehousing teamleader assistant, we used to deal with :
- Day to day logistics operations;
- Cycle count;
- Inventory;
- Total quality management;
- Supply chain performance ( using KPIs ).
It was my first internship as a business management student, it was a short term internship, and it was all about discovering the real company and assisting day to day operations.
I have visited almost all the departements of the headquarter, but most of the time i worked there was at the commercial departement.
We used to deal with:
- Sales ( different products and services );
- Customer relationship;
- Reporting.
