Responsibilities
 Identify and gather information for Preparing the As-Is & To-Be Document for Business Processes.
 Find Gap analysis.
 Cooperate with other SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, QM, PM PP, PS) to integrate with FICO modules.
• Supporting FICO to investigate and customize the system for any newly required issues or current cycle’s modifications that may be generated from the daily work needs and the business cycle’s improvement.
• Analyze business requirements and map to SAP functionality.
• Configuring/customizing SAP- FI-CO module based on business requirements.
• Testing the new configure scenarios after configuring on SAP.
• Developing project documents e.g. (configuration document, training manual & providing second level support).
• Train & follow up end users on SAP system.
• Communicate & interact with other SAP areas to solve & enhance cross-function issues.
• Monitoring and supporting the end users daily work activities and lead them through the system.
• Measuring the end users performance through the SAP FI module, monitoring and feedback.
• Develop evaluation reports and the KPI s, follow up and audit reports using FRC (Function remote control in ABAP) .
• Develop any reports cover our business requirement like P&L for Production units which not a company to have a standard SAP transaction.
• Communicate with SAP Global support in case of problems.
