A complete responsibility of establishment purchase and procurement covering all the project material and subcontracts required at sites to be available in a certain time, assured quality, approved budget. guaranty the complete process of purchase, package segregation, request for quotations( RFQ's), awarding letter of intents ( LOI's).
getting client approvals when required, arrange samples and submital, very strong rounds of negotiation, issuing purchase orders (LPO's) and guarantee the progress by following the subcontractors and suppliers as well as service providers during delivery. managing the procurement staff ( sites and head office) in both purchasing and procurement team by regular daily/weekly/ monthly reports, including master procurement plan and follow sheets, the establish data base ans updating it, generate and update the suppliers and subcontractors evaluation and re-evaluation forms.
building a very strong relationships in the market with local and overseas suppliers, subcontractors and service providers by many years experience in the field
especially in eastern province, all over the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
reporting to the top management on time the department reports and approvals as well as material and subcontractors status and strategic plans for the department.
