My passion in life is working with designs and furniture, i have been working in this industry since 2014 started as sales representative and climbed up to regional sales Manager for one of the biggest luxury retail companies in Saudi Arabia.
I am responsible for putting sales and marketing strategies based on market analysis.
I work on a strategy based on team work and enhanced relations between departments.
Managed a team of seventeen sales professionals and back-office employees and provided the needed
experience to each of them to be able to complete the sales process from A to Z.
• Developed daily, monthly, and yearly goals to exceed gross margin, net promoter, and warranty goals.
• Reduced the return and refund rate to less than 0.8% from total sales, by creating a well organized plan to avoid
and mistake or delay throughout production and delivery process.
• Maintained a world class net promoter score for a retail luxury furniture industry.
• Established a new Logo and rebranding for Bayt Al Ansari which included new production line for luxury modern
items and opened new connections with suppliers from Europe and China for high end imported furniture.
• Assisted in maintaining strong margins in a competitive market by working with vendors and interior designers to
supply the best products at the best prices while improving sales goals by 18% on consistent basis.
• Increased market share and broke the old retail record.
• Established new E-Commerce for online shopping www.baytalansari.com
• Set marketing campaigns on social media and billboards and influencers which increased website traffic and
increases genuine followers on Instagram and snapchat.

• Attend global meetings held in head office and give my personal thoughts about means
and ways to expand our market share
Responsible for the production section in Khobar showroom
Train our sales team on selling process and strategies
Coordinate with the showroom manager for items display
Responsible for showroom monthly target (production department)
Close the deals with the VIP customers
