Lead Blue Rubicon’s embedded team responsible for all day-to-day engagement with our clients.
Develop and generate media plans, key messages, content plans for all yearly and major events held by our clients.
Provide media coaching and training for senior management and develop speeches, remarks and key notes for senior management in Arabic and English
Manage and organize press conferences, including set up, media invites, and handle media on the ground, and develop media briefing documents.
Maintain, develop and strengthen relations with local, regional and international media and journalists and explore potential areas of expanding the our clients' reputation.
Support with content development and distribution of press releases, stories on a daily basis for the client in Arabic and English
Ensure the consistency of messaging in press releases and interviews content and develop different content including bios, media kits, website content.
Develop and quality check daily and monthly monitoring reports, and raise any concern to the client immediately
Provide support to social media teams, when necessary, on the ground to maintain a constant communication
Oversee the work of a team of professionals in terms of content generation, planning, design, proofreading, quality assurance, and publishing
Receive content materials from QND2015 field teams
Support team in setting up Hootsuite accounts to take over QND2015 SM channels
Set up content flow plan to provide live coverage for Qatar National Day celebrations
Monitor QND2015 online activity and social channels
Respond to public inquiries
Provide daily, weekly, monthly reports to management to evaluate progress and suggest areas for improvement
• Implement QRC marketing and Comms strategies in collaboration with team members, internal and external departments
• Develop e-marketing plans for charity events, seasonal campaigns and emergency intervention plans
• Oversee the design and delivery of QRC’s publications and collaterals that might include, but not limited to, Ar & En publications, advertising materials, gift items, campaign videos...etc. to ensure that they comply to QRC’s branding guidelines
• Develop and strengthen relations with the sponsors of events, awareness campaigns and training programs
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QRC’s local and international image and reputation
• Manage and develop content for QRC’s social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & Instagram)
• Analyze Key Performance Indicators for social media platforms
• Collect, edit and develop monthly e-newsletters and quarterly magazines
• Draft and distribute En & Ar press releases for local and international media
• Monitor QRC’s online presence and submit daily feedback for senior management
• Review RFPs for and develop website sitemap and content flow strategy
• Prepare media plans for international and local events
• Manage and organize media centers
• Provide in-house and outdoors photography
• Liaise with journalists and local media to ensure the implementation of media plans
• Identify possible interviews with local TV and Radio channels
• Train QRC employees on press writing techniques and how to face media
• Provide pre-media briefings for QRC speakers on TV and Radio
• Collect daily QRC news coverage for internal archiving
Provide support for media teams and editorial services to generate news and feature content that include drafting stories for distribution to national news titles, news wires, digital channels and social media platforms.
Provide support for clients such as Hamad Bin Khalifa University, Qatar Leadership Centre, QNB Assist in the management and delivery of daily press releases to several clients in addition to translation services when required.
Assist in the development of monthly social media content for Qatar Leadership Centre.
Manage media centers when in events such as: Al Kass U-17 Int’l Cup, the Annual WISE Summit
Hold interviews and assist in consecutive translation with fans, football managers, and footballers.
Assist in the management and delivery of press conferences.
Produce high quality translation products of complex topics that include, but not limited to, legal, diplomatic, military, medical and financial texts.
Ensure cultural precision, timely delivery and accuracy of the final product.
Proofread Ar<> English texts.
Work as part of a six-member team to successfully complete numerous complex lengthy translation requests from various US Gov clients.
Work on Audio/Video translation and transcription for various US Gov clients on various topics as per the request of the client.
Create summaries of varied source texts to be used by government clients.
Translate news websites such as news.yahoo.com, Aljazeera.net, and Xinhua.com for the purpose of providing our customers with daily news updates.
Support the Post Editorial Translation Service with machine translation analysis services such as: compiling glossaries, verification and testing as part of developing ajeeb.com, one of the world-famous machine translation tools.
Provide linguistic support for web developers.
