* Conduct installation, sterile test, commissioning and performance test of new
filling machines and downstream equipment according to the time plan
agreed with our customer “Project Master Schedule, PMS”
* Preparation of accurate weekly service report and submission of it on time to
gather accurate statistics and on time invoicing of service activities rendered
to customers.
* Install, test and monitor filling line modifications / optimizations according
to company requirements in designated time frame and report problems and
results.
* Prepare replaced spare parts for claim / repair procedure to reduce operation
costs.
* Support inspection and maintenance according to company requirements,
ensure proper setting of maintained parts and submit completed maintenance
checklists and reports immediately after completion.
* Reactive troubleshooting of the filling lines in order to minimize the
downtime in customers’ operation.
* Monitor production and new technological improvements of filling lines,
detect problems that are affecting efficiency and work on lasting problem
solutions.

* Handling of customers complaints.
* Handling of customers audits in our site.
* Responsible for submitting the 8-D reports and implementation
of all actions over the production line as per the mentioned dates.
* Initiate with the core team the project time plan, control plan, PFMEA and
the process flow chart.
* Internal and External analysis for each product and implement the required
actions to eliminate failures and reduce defects.
* Applying of APQP “Advanced Product Quality Planning” including the
required quality study for the new projects.
* Developing the quality plans from prototype phase to serial production.
* Supporting the continuous improvement for quality systems.
* Securing customer satisfaction with direct and prompt customer contacts.
* Responsible for submitting PPAP samples to our customers.

* Promoting for MECA all over Egypt.
* Managing relations with other organizations.
* Registration for over 5000 participants in MECA's events.
* Building connections with students in other universities.
