Job Responsibilities:
Overall management responsibility for the projects under the company’s portfolio for the following functions:
- Support development team at feasibility study phase
- Design Management
- Tender & Award
- Commercial and Contracts
- Procurement (partially)
- Construction
- Handing over and DLP

In charge of all projects under the portfolio, of which :
- Burj Rafal Kempinski: A 64 floors hotel and residence operated by a Kempinski. The project is handed over.
- Rafal Residence by Ascott: A 27 floors tower operated by Ascott Hotels. Project is handed over.
- Rafal Living: a 60 floors tower operated by Kempinski, the complex includes an office building and a retail component with ample green space.
- Al Nayfah: A closed compound of 144 Villas and 5 apartments buildings.

Job Responsibilities:
- Technical Responsibility for Paramount, Fendi, and Versace Towers.
- Provide direction to the Engineer on technical project matters.
- Chair weekly technical meetings in the presence of all project stakeholders.
- Conduct site tours in the presence of the Engineer and MC to monitor performance.
- Coordinate scope of works among project packages.
- Review and coordinate main packages such as facade, landscape, signage, swimming pool, kitchen, façade lighting, and doors, among others.
- Review of claims and VOs and providing recommendation.
- Control quality of submittals to ensure delivery of the design intent.

In charge of two main projects:
- Versace Residential Tower, Beirut, Lebanon, G+28 floors, 183 branded apartments.
- Fendi & Paramount Hotel Apartments, Riyadh, KSA, G+32 & G+39 floors, 453 branded apartments.

Job Responsibilities:
- Heads and directs all technical teams on all project sites and in the corporate office (including Architectural, Structural, Civil, Senior Architects, Structural, and Civil Engineers, and Draftsmen).
- Manages the production, submittal and approval of Architectural and Structural Shop Drawings and supervises all technical submittals such as materials.
- Supervises the submittals of all subcontractors for approval including MEP and ensures measures are in place to control their submissions and to ensure they are in line with the project program and specifications.
- Initiates cost saving proposals for projects. Compiles appropriate information and makes recommendations for action.
- Manages Design & Build projects during the design and execution phases, ensuring that projects are kept to acceptable budgets and time frames.
- Organizes and provides input to Value Engineering workshops and activities relating to projects.
- Provides input and coordinates with Tender Department on current tenders submissions, specifically on pre-qualification documents, technical submittal, and value engineering.
- Prepares and assists in the preparation of Construction Methodologies and technical submittals of tenders.
- Works with the commercial team to ensure a thorough understanding of construction contracts.
- Plans and establishes engineering schedules and follows up performance against estimates.

- Responding to RFI and technical queries.
- Coordination of various disciplines.
