23 years of experience in the fields of network devices, applications and systems and data center devices of leading Companies such as Microsoft, IBM, CISCO, Fujitsu and VMWARE. I’ve worked as a system and network engineer at Egyptian Patent Office at ASRT for about 6 years starting from 2002 to 2008. Currently, I’m working as Operation Manager at National Egyptian E-Learning University (EELU) for more than 15 years. I’ve an experience in Managing Data center, Implementing different applications and operating systems (Windows, AIX, RedHat and Ubuntu), Implementing Clusters for high availability for (MS SQL, DB2, Mariadb, nginx). I’ve good Experience in programming language C, C++ and Python.
I’ve got my MSc degree in Communications and Electronics form the faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University in 2014.
Currently, I’m continuing my PHD degree in Computers and Systems Engineering Department, Ain Shams University.
I’m Certified CCNA, CCNA security, Cisco IPS, IBM Lotus Specialist, Azure Database Administrator Associate, Azure Developer Associate and Azure Data Scientist Associate.

VMware (ESXI) administration, Cisco Webex administration, Manage, implement and integrate between various applications:
•Implement Moodle cluster as LMS system and integrate it with Active directory for both authentication and automatic enrollment.
•Install and configure Domino mail server cluster, DNS, DHCP server, SQL server cluster, mysql, Mariadb cluster, Active Directory.
•Solve Saba Centra issues with the compatibility with office 2007 and online playback and offline playback without need to upgrade Centra License that save about 500, 000 Egyptian pounds for EELU.
•Implement Tandberg Physical Content server as virtual machine that save about 400, 000 Egyptian pounds at least for EELU.
