• Manage customer inquiries, problems, requests and suggestions; determines appropriate solutions and/or responses.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing smooth customer service to customers as per agreed service standards.
• Negotiate customer claims, initiate billing adjustments in coordination with team leader
• Grow existing customers, and identify potential customers for supply chain and delivery solutions.
• Maintain and regularly update customer information
• Understand all aspects of customers’ business needs, network within customer’s organization to explore customers’ needs and business development opportunities
• Promote suitable products /solutions and develop solutions for customers involving business units.
• Work with other business units in aramex, such as ground operations, cargo operations, etc., to ensure proper service delivery to customers
• Prepare proposals and quotations to customers

Answer calls and assist customers in their inquiries.
Handle customer’s shipment tracking inquiries.
Register customer pickup requests.
Provide product & service information, and other information (cut off times, transit time, general information etc...).
Quote customers on published rates.
Respond to inquiries and reported problems and bring these problems to a satisfactory, conclusion (resolving problems on the spot).
Relay customer service queries and complaints to related teams.
Promote ARAMEX products and services.
Handle customer supplies requests.
Communicate with customers and other individuals to answer questions, explain information or to take orders.
Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages.
Responsible of the I.T trouble shooting, purchasing and updating softwares.
In charge of scanning project (to scan old files, documents) to make a central filing system.
