• Diagnose and troubleshoot Windows infrastructures services and provide root cause analysis for raised outage incidents.
• Configure, deploy, and support corporate Windows infrastructures and virtual servers.

I was responsible for computer hardware, software and networking tools. My role was to work to develop, test, install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware and software. As part of this process, I worked to create proper documentation, diagrams and other detailed instructions to help other employees make the best use of new technologies.
In addition, I was responsible for implementing, maintaining, supporting and developing company network.
My role was to lead, motivate and manage, the work involves teaching and acting as a careers consultant and training adviser.
I was also preparing my team, ensuring their readiness to fulfill their roles in the armed forces, directing them when circumstances demand action, and using their skills and competence.
In my College, At my first three years I was studying generally about electronics in details. Last two years I specialized in Computer science. I studied Object Oriented Programming using C++. And also as per a protocol between FEE (my college) and Cisco, I was a member at Cisco academy and I passed 4 exams of 4 semesters of CCNA with a grade of 93%.
