Key Role Description:
• Reporting into META Engineering Manager, One of multifunctional team responsible for leading/managing capital projects; including new manufacturing lines, Construction projects in existing factories, Multi-factory projects involving significant changes in process & packaging equipment, as well as building and utility construction and installation.
Main Responsibilities:
• Participating in Global Technical Standardization for Baked Products.
• Design for Manufacturing: Works with Global Engineering, Supply Chain and Suppliers to develop new comprehensive Dough System for Mars Global.
• Carry out execution of the project by keeping track on procurement, CAPEX vs. Budgets. Ensure execution keeping Mars Safety Standards and meeting quality of execution.
• Managing the Process Preparation design and ensure timely FATs, installation and commissioning of equipment and machinery.
• Work closely with R&D, Production and Maintenance teams to support the execution at the factory, and lead the trial and troubleshooting phase.
• Develop the schedule of the project activities including identifying the resources required.
• Execution of Various Project Management Aspects: Estimation, Project Team Development, Project Risk, Project Schedule, Project Planning and Support documentation.
Key Role Description:
• Reporting into Business Development Manager, One of multifunctional team responsible for completing the assigned project (Building and Start-up of a new Gum Factory/Sourcing Unit for MENA Region).
Main Responsibilities:
• Managing all Packaging/Process related equipment (Layout, Installation, Commercialization, FATs, etc...)
• Determine project objectives by studying product design, customer requirements, cost estimates, performance, SHE, quality, regulatory standards.
• Day to day interaction with the designated project suppliers, identify all possible suppliers according to Kraft objectives, managing the required Capex, and liaising with third party contractors to ensure all equipment is fit for purpose.
• Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate assigned work. Identify engineering problems and ensure solutions are implemented.
• Coordination on the assigned project between all disciplines, work closely with Production & Maintenance teams and all other project participants.
• Responsible for the project timeline and keeping the deliverables to within its estimated dates. Evaluate, organize and prioritize workload within a schedule.
• Responsibilities include oversight for expense management, time approval, and compliance with policies.
•Responsible for assisting with the creation, development, execution and on-going monitoring of various sales, marketing and development projects.
•Responsible for Population Management, Pre -Sales & forecast Management.
•Managing Projects Proposals, Pricing, Quotations, and technical support for territories (Egypt, East/West Africa and Russia)
•Responsible for Orders Processing & Invoicing and issuing units through the main suppliers Portal (Caterpillar, Metso Minerals)
