- Act as a technical expert with regard to specialized designs and will offer firmwide support with regard to ensuring a quality design process.

● Organize contracts and bids documentation for relevant projects, overseeing the
contractual documentation, especially as related to the resort responsibilities.
● Co-ordinate all aspects of the works related to a construction project in line with
requirements, budget, and timeline.
● Communicate directly with the operations department to coordinate maintenance and
repair projects.
● Ensure that facilities-related staff are adequately trained and equipped.

- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the -

- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
- Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.

Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
