Job responsibilities:
• Responsible for Deployment, Configuring and Managing Nutanix Hyper Converged Infrastructure
• Responsible for Installing and configuring SolarWinds network performance Monitoring
• Responsible for Design, Assessment, and capacity planning of Enterprise Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Horizon View
• Responsible for Installing and configuring of Horizon View VDI Solution
• Responsible for End-to-End Design, Build DR & Replication Solutions Such as Enterprise Site Recovery Manager( SRM), Veeam PnR, Hyper-V Replication
• Responsible for Installing and Configuring of Veeam B&R and SLA
• Responsible for VMware infrastructure SLA
• Produce system performance/capacity statistics, diagnostic information as well As a site "as-built" documentation for the supporting infrastructure.
• Build proof of concept (POC) solutions for customer evaluations as part of the engagement process, , Customize prospect's environment to meet all technical requirements to satisfy POC.
• Assist customers during the product evaluation cycle by responding to technical queries via email. Troubleshoot with developers and provide online remote assistance to solve problems.
• Interacted with different customers private & public sectors like, banking, oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical sectors in Egypt & UAE
Job responsibilities
• Responsible for all End Point Servers in environment such as Sophos End Point & Kasper Sky Security center
• Responsible for CAS Server On-Prem
• Responsible of all configuration, and reliable operation of PBX systems
• Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, good put, and latency) and test for weaknesses Via Zabbix
• Deploy, configure, and maintain VMware infrastructure.
• Manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes
• Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for Data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
• Keep an eye out for needed updates and logs
• Leading and managing the administrative and design tasks for the virtualized server infrastructure.
• Responsible of configuration, and reliable operation of systems, network servers, and virtualization
• Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance
• Troubleshoot problems that reported by technical team and analyze and isolate issues
• Design and deploy networks; Maintain network servers such as file servers, and VPN gateway
