 Review and analysis all MEP drawing (Power, Light, Load Calculation, Load Schedule, Fire Alarm, Water System, HVAC, Plumbing, Central Battery system and Low current), materials, Schedules/programs of work, etc.
 Convene and chair special meetings with the service authorities, the contractor, subcontractors and other parties related to his work.
 Review the shop drawing construction details, product data, material samples, inspection plans, method statements, delivery schedules to confirm compliance with the requirements of the project.
 Prepare / Assist in the preparation of Weekly and Monthly progress reports.
 Ensure the civil obstruction have been cleared to the MEP contractors with MEP activities.
 Coordinating between MEP and civil drawings at the site. Coordination and attending meeting with subcontractors, contractor & consultant, client, supplier.
 Procurement of all MEP material along with the management of supplies.

Network Operation Center (NOC) ENGINEER

- Network monitoring
- Incident response
- Communications management
- Reporting problems
- Escalate problems to the appropriate stakeholders -- Communication line alarms
- Monitoring power failures
