♦ Have strong technical problem determination ability to provide 2nd level support and debug corporate products line (Internet, Data, WiMAX, VOIP, E1, DNS Domains, Emails & Web).
♦ Troubleshoot and resolve complex 2nd level network related problems.
♦ Coordinate resources where necessary and serve as escalation point to 1st level operational team.
♦ Perform most effective approach to restore, recover, or alter configurations, logical or physical, to maintain service integrity.

♦ Communicate to customers, resolution and root cause resulting from the outage or service interruption
♦ Monitoring backbone and core network elements.
♦ Implementing and troubleshoot Cisco ASA And FortiGate firewalls and NGFW
Troubleshooting skills: VLANs and Trunking, VTP, VPN, Tunneling, VOIP, Bridge, NAT, DHCP, ACLs, Route Maps, redundunt networks HSRP/VRRP, IP SLAs, Routing Protocols.
*Working as technical support for United Laboratories Co & United Medical Technologies Co,
*Support stand alone and remote End user machines, servers and virtual servers.
*Installing new virtual servers using VMware vSphare,
*Supporting virtual applications published by Citrix Xenapp server.
*Installing and troubleshooting Local and remote printers in the organization.
*Distributing OS base image via PXE server.
*Creating, documenting Purchase orders and following up new requests with vendors.
*Inventorying all IT assets in the assets system and creating summery reports for administration.
*Documenting and Diagnosing Backup status of the servers using Symantec Backup Exec system recovery.
